At Vadaghar, our signature taste comes from a carefully prepared fresh paste masala made using green chilli (mirchi), ginger (adrak), garlic (lasun) and fresh coriander. This special paste is prepared in-house every day to maintain purity, aroma and authentic street-food flavour.

Our mirchi–adrak–lasun–coriander paste masala starts with hand-selected fresh green chillies for natural heat and brightness. Ginger is added to bring a warm, refreshing sharpness, while garlic enhances the depth and savoury character of the masala. Fresh coriander leaves give a pleasant herbal aroma and help balance the spice with natural freshness. All ingredients are cleaned thoroughly and ground under hygienic conditions to create a smooth, flavour-rich paste.

This fresh paste masala is used in our vada filling and seasoning process, giving the wada a bold yet balanced taste. Unlike artificial or pre-packed masalas, our paste is free from preservatives and prepared in controlled batches so that every vada pav tastes consistently fresh and authentic.

The combination of mirchi, adrak, lasun and coriander not only adds strong flavour but also enhances the natural taste of potatoes and spices used in our wadas. It blends perfectly with our special dry masala and chutneys, creating Vadaghar’s unique and unforgettable vada pav experience.
