Who We Are

 

Vadaghar is a home-grown vadapav brand built on passion, family values and authentic taste. Our journey began in 2013, when Mr.Mohan Vasant Dahibhate and his mother, Mrs.Sangita Vasant Dahibhate, started a small vadapav outlet called Kothrud Vadapav Centre. With consistent quality, honest service and freshly prepared snacks, the shop quickly became a favourite among local customers.

As demand grew and customers encouraged us to expand, we decided to create a strong and memorable brand identity. In 2022, the name Vadaghar was introduced with a clear vision—to offer a reliable, hygienic and flavour-rich vadapav experience while preserving the essence of traditional street food. The brand was officially registered, marking an important milestone in our journey.

Vadaghar’s true speciality lies in our unique in-house masala, carefully prepared using a closely guarded family recipe. This special blend gives our vadapav its signature aroma, bold flavour and authentic taste that sets us apart. We focus on quality ingredients, clean preparation methods and consistent taste in every serving.

Our mission is to build a trusted brand for our special vada pav masala, ginger–garlic paste and mirchi chutney by delivering consistent quality, authentic taste and hygienic preparation. We aim to make our signature flavours easily available while preserving traditional recipes and the true spirit of street food.

Quality & Hygiene Standards

At Vadaghar, quality and hygiene are our top priorities. All vadas are freshly prepared every day and fried only in premium sunflower oil to ensure light texture, clean taste and better cooking standards. Our special Ale–Lasun and garnish masalas are also prepared using sunflower oil during processing, which helps preserve aroma, colour and flavour. We use carefully selected raw materials, clean utensils and hygienic storage practices. Our kitchen and serving areas are cleaned regularly, and our team follows strict hand-hygiene and food-handling procedures. Every vadapav is prepared with care to deliver safe, fresh and consistently delicious food to our customers.
